Nicole Aniston@xnicoleanistonx · OnlyFans reel$5/moView profileYES, finally Monday again, my favorite day of the week… I love Mondays, and it started about nine years ago when I realized how much I then despised Mondays. I thought I hated it because of the tasks that I “had” to do beginning on that day, but really I resented an entire 24 hours labeled “the beginning” because I continued to choose the things I no longer wanted. As I realized that everything I was hating in my life was a choice that I was still electing to take part in, I shifted my reality by actively working to change the things I no longer wanted to do into things I looked forward to doing, and found creative ways to stop doing the things that no longer created well-being. Then, naturally, because of my Virgo mentality, I even went 10 neurotic steps further and wanted to rush through the rest of the weekend in order to get to my newly cherished Monday… I even realized yesterday (Sunday), on my “day off” from working out and stacking tasks on myself in order to stay distracted, I found it challenging not being productive. For a moment, I longed for Monday, but now at this phase in my life I see why I blindly strive for productivity, and I want to long for nothing. The pivot point of my now is summarized by this day-anticipating realization; a deeper unhealed part of me strives to DO, get done, check off lists, and accomplish, in order to feel like it was ENOUGH, like I am enough. I know many of us do this; procrastinate and underachieve for fear of failure, or like in my case, over-task ourselves to exhaustion to be able to look at all of the checked-off boxes and think “ok, I’m satisfied with myself”. I took care of others for DECADES in this pattern, and still the tendency bleeds through into my now, even when there’s no one else to worry about. It’s conditioning that still needs clarification and relaxing out of, and my momentarily polarized self questions if even this is one more thing to do, or one less thing to do? Following my intention to want for nothing (which is a desire in itself), it’s clear that LESS is in fact more, and striving endlessly in that old way is no longer helpful or necessary. 👽 💜SaveOpen Nicole Aniston on OnlyFansOnlyFansShare
